The Role of Time Management in the Performance of Information Society Managers Aja

According to Article 143 of the Constitution, the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran is responsible for safeguarding the independence and territorial integrity and system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. One of the important and inherent duties of this organization is to acquire intelligence and monitor intelligence in accordance with its organizational laws in order to comprehensively defend the country's borders. This important issue has been realized in the army organization under a compact and complete set called comprehensive intelligence, and it has been able to take appropriate measures at all tactical, operational, and strategic levels. Therefore, optimal use of all facilities, methods, and general and specialized investigations can bring about greater performance and productivity improvements for the army. Our main question in this research is: Given the sensitivity of intelligence missions, how should the performance of AJA intelligence community managers be improved by utilizing time management as one of the appropriate methods? In the form of a hypothesis and using a descriptive analysis method with a mixed (quantitative and qualitative) or combined approach, it can be claimed that the use of time management will improve the performance of managers at different levels for greater organizational productivity. Accordingly, the main parts of this article are the examination of different units of AJA through a questionnaire, then the analysis using statistical formulas and various central and dispersion indices, and their presentation in the form of tables, graphs, etc., and the processing using reason, logic, and reasoning, and finally the judgment and conclusion using the hermeneutic method.
